About Me

My passion for complementary and alternative medicine started more than 13 years ago when I qualified as a reflexologist. I then became interested in homeopathy and gained a diploma from the School of Homeopathy in Stroud.

I studied Maths & Ancient Greek at Birmingham University (a long time ago) and forged a career in IT.

I am now completely focused on holistic therapy,

I see clients in my homeopathy and reflexology practice from my dedicated practice room in my home in Hook Norton. I cover an area that includes Banbury, Chipping Norton, and all areas in between.

My aim

I'd like to be able to help my clients to understand more about themselves, their bodies, and how to achieve better health and well-being. I don't believe we should treat our bodies like machines and fix problems in isolation, we get better results when we see the connections between physical symptoms and our emotional responses to events around us. I believe we should listen to our bodies, and by getting in tune - mind, body and spirit - we can find balance and wellness.
